Mindfulness
We have all experienced and continue to constantly experience the typical reactions of autopilot, unconscious. If we always rely on this modality, we stop living our life and allow these automatic mechanisms to take possession of too much of our life; we see but do not look, we listen but we are not attentive to what the other says, we live and we do not live and this applies both to those who live their daily lives, and for those who experience a moment of emotional or psycho-physical distress or suffering.
